If you have an active subscription to Reports+ PRO, Restore Purchase helps you maintain access to it when you upgrade to a new phone, delete and reinstall the app, or in other cases where the app might ask you to subscribe again.
Restoring your purchase will not initiate a new transaction or subscription, it will only apply any existing and active subscriptions to the app.
Before your attempt to restore your purchase, please make sure your subscription is currently active and that you are using the device that you originally used to subscribe (iOS, Android).
To restore your purchase on iOS/Android:
- Open Reports+
- Tap the menu icon on the main screen
- Select “Settings”
- Tap Restore Purchase button.
